Job summary

Cencora is seeking an End-User Support Specialist I to join our IT team in California. You will assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining endpoint devices, ensuring a reliable digital workspace for employees at our local site.

The role emphasizes following defined procedures, timeliness, and accurate provisioning under supervision. The position offers on-site work with occasional travel (10–15%) to other distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers routine tasks related to imaging, deploying, and supporting endpoint devices for a single site or team priority.
• Follows documented troubleshooting steps to resolve routine local site technology issues (e.g., meeting room tech, local printing).
• Works within IT asset management procedures with direction from senior team members on hardware deployments.
• Communicates progress on hardware rollouts within the End-User Support team.
• Escalates unclear deployment requirements early and seeks confirmation in ambiguous situations.
• Identifies straightforward improvements within local site tasks and escalates issues outside standard procedures.
• Support team scheduled phone queue coverage required
