Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical support experience or at least one current certification in technology related field
• Experience using Knowledge management tools
• Current IT certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MSDBA

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate IT support to Providence caregivers, partners, and customers
• Resolve information technology service requests and support deployments
• Assist in delivering end-user IT services with a focus on positive customer experience
