• Experience leading end-to-end hardware and software product lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams globally.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience with PLC phases and gate reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release plan across Product, Engineering, QA and Security.
• Lead cross-functional programs and align high-level architecture with execution.
• Maintain release branch health metrics and oversee bug triage.
• Drive PLC phase exit reviews and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
