Job summary

Everpure is seeking a hardware engineering leader to drive qualification, validation, and optimization of hyperscale storage architectures. You will bridge customer requirements with engineering execution, ensuring robust, scalable hardware designs for data infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional teams to automate tests, accelerate production readiness, and resolve escalations, while mentoring engineers and advancing qualification standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical mastery in x86 architectures and enterprise storage systems.
• Experience selecting subcomponents (NVMe, power supplies, PWM design).
• Hands-on signal integrity and high-speed bus analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and automate hardware qualification cycles for hyperscale deployments.
• Coordinate with operations and manufacturing test to transfer subsystems to production with clear validation workflows.
• Perform root-cause analysis on complex hardware failures and escalations.
• Evaluate critical hardware components to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
• Mentor teammates and refine qualification processes and stress-testing methodologies.
