Job summary

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Release Technical Program Manager for its Hyperscale Line of Business.

You will own end-to-end release planning across hardware, firmware, and software, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver compliant products on time and within budget. This onsite role in Santa Clara requires deep TPM expertise, NPI/Lifecycle management, executive communication, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Deep technical program management across hardware and software stacks.
• Experience guiding NPI phases EVT/DVT/PVT/MP in data center environments.
• Strong executive communication and influence to drive reviews and decisions.
• Budget, cost analysis, and financial data to guide program scope and direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the release plan across product, engineering, QA, and security.
• Lead multiple cross-functional workstreams and align architecture with execution.
• Maintain release branch health metrics and drive bug triage and merging criteria.
• Define PLC phase exit criteria and drive approvals for Phases 0–3.
• Identify risks early and facilitate technical decision-making across teams.
• Manage Capex and ensure spend aligns with budgets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Lead post-release retrospectives and drive process improvements.
• Work primarily from the Santa Clara office in accordance with policy.
