Job summary

DataHub is seeking a technical program manager to own end-to-end release management for DataHub Core and Managed Cloud. You will coordinate engineering, product, QA, DevOps, documentation, and customer success to deliver reliable releases.

Define go/no-go criteria, build dashboards, and drive automation to reduce release chaos. You will identify risks early, act as the main point of contact for release questions, and lead retrospectives to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or release management.
• Proven track record of managing complex software releases in fast-paced startup environments.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release cadences for DataHub Core and Managed Cloud.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, DevOps, docs, and customer success.
• Define Quality Gates to ensure every release is rock-solid.
• Build automation with dashboards and runbooks to streamline release processes.
• Identify breaking changes and conflicts to mitigate risk before production.
• Serve as central contact for all release-related questions and updates.
• Facilitate release retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
