Job summary
Everpure seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for Hyperscale Operations to coordinate DFMs integration into hyperscale storage platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, product engineering, quality, and operations to meet aggressive milestones and ramp manufacturing.
You will manage EVT–PVT gates, drive root-cause analysis, and optimize power, signal integrity, and manufacturing readiness. In-office in Santa Clara with potential incentives and equity.
Qualifications
- Deep mastery of enterprise SSDs, NAND flash, NVMe/PCIe protocols, and L10/L11 server integration.
- Proven track record leading hardware programs through design qualification and ramp.
- Experience governing contract manufacturers, system integrators, and suppliers on test plans.
- Strong cross-functional leadership coordinating hardware, firmware, product, and supply chain teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional hardware programs through EVT to PVT gates for complex storage servers.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolve platform qualification issues and bottlenecks.
- Manage global contract manufacturers and system integrators for test coverage, power, thermal validation, and yield.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks, signal integrity constraints, and supply chain dependencies early; create data-driven recovery plans.
- Translate architecture trade-offs and program health metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
