Job summary

Exclaimer is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Boston office and lead end-to-end recruitment for BDR, Commercial AE, and Enterprise sales teams. You will partner with sales leadership in Boston and the Head of Talent Acquisition in London to build talent pipelines and close top talent.

You will screen candidates, run structured interviews, and coordinate panels, while leveraging our ATS (Greenhouse) and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting sales talent in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong network in the Boston area with proven pipeline-building.
• A sharp eye for top sales talent and ability to assess quickly.
• Structured interview discipline with clear feedback to hiring managers.
• Collaborative approach across time zones and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for BDR, AE, and Enterprise sales roles.
• Source and build talent pipelines in the Boston market.
• Coordinate interviews and panels; manage candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Assist with offers, negotiations, and pre-boarding.
