Job summary

Exclaimer, a global SaaS leader, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Boston office on a fixed-term 12-month basis. You will own end-to-end recruitment for BDR, Commercial AE and Enterprise sales, partnering with go-to-market leaders to build a high-performance sales team.

You’ll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition in London and collaborate with local sales leadership. This hands-on role requires deep knowledge of sales talent, proactive sourcing, and a track record of hiring

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting sales talent in a SaaS/tech environment (SDR/BDR, mid-market, enterprise).
• Strong network in the Boston area with proven pipeline-building ability.
• Ability to identify top sales talent and provide balanced feedback to managers.
• Experience running structured interviews and coordinating interview panels.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-time-zone stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BDR, Commercial AE and Enterprise sales roles from intake to offer.
• Source and build talent pipelines in the Boston market using networks and new channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Screen candidates and conduct thorough, structured interviews assessing skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview panels and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Keep the ATS accurate and up-to-date and follow the hiring process.
• Report on pipeline and hiring progress to leadership.
• Assist with offers, negotiations and pre-boarding for strong hires.
