Job summary

Lendbuzz in the United States seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for its growing sales organization. You will partner with regional sales hiring managers, design targeted sourcing strategies, and manage candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in end-to-end TA, strong knowledge of sales roles and compensation structures (OTE, base, commission), and hands-on experience with Lever or similar ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in presenting sales roles, compensation models, and OTE.
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across regions from opening req to offer.
• Partner with Corporate TA leadership to refine intake workflows.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines.
• Screen applicants and maintain candidate tracking.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate panels.
• Communicate compensation models and ensure alignment with hiring teams.
• Provide regular pipeline reports and address bottlenecks.
