Exclaimer is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Boston office. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for BDR, Commercial AE and Enterprise sales roles, partnering with leaders in London and Boston to attract top talent.

You’ll source, screen, and interview candidates, build pipelines in multiple markets, and guide offers and pre-boarding to secure great hires for our growing SaaS teams.

Qualifications

• Significant previous experience recruiting sales talent in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Ability to assess and place high-performing sales professionals across UK & USA.
• Experience coordinating with multi-time-zone leadership and hiring managers.
• Strong interview discipline and structured assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BDR, Commercial AE, and Enterprise sales roles.
• Source and build talent pipelines in London and Boston markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Coordinate interview panels and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Support offers, negotiations and pre-boarding to secure top talent.
