Job summary

Exclaimer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Boston office for an initial fixed-term 12-month period. You will own end-to-end recruitment for BDR, Commercial AE and Enterprise sales roles and partner with go-to-market teams to drive growth.

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition in London and collaborate closely with Boston sales leadership. This hands-on role requires deep sales talent insight and a proactive sourcing mindset.

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting sales talent in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong network in the Boston area with track record of building pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Sharp eye for top sales talent with solid judgment to back it up.
• Thorough and confident in conducting structured interviews with balanced feedback.
• Collaborative with hiring managers, candidates and cross-time-zone colleagues.
• Process-minded and organized with attention to detail.
• Experience using an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BDR, Commercial AE and Enterprise sales roles, from intake through to offer and close.
• Hire in additional teams across Exclaimer including Marketing, Support and Engineering when required.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans and timelines.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines in the Boston market.
• Screen candidates and run structured interviews, assessing skills, motivation, coachability and culture add.
• Identify markers of high-performing sales talent and advise hiring managers accordingly.
• Coordinate interview panels and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Keep our ATS accurate and up to date, and follow our hiring process consistently.
• Work with Head of TA to share market insight, report on pipeline and hiring progress.
• Support offers, negotiations and pre-boarding to secure great hires.
