Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced RFP/Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end response process in Minnesota. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, finance and product teams to craft compelling, accurate proposals aligned with client requirements and deadlines.

You will prepare responses to RFIs and RFPs, analyze terms, assemble executive summaries, and maintain standardized content to ensure consistent, high-quality submissions.

Qualificações

• Experience managing end-to-end RFP response processes.
• Ability to analyze deal terms and RFP requirements.
• Comfort coordinating with sales, finance, marketing and product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end RFP response process from analysis to submission and deadline adherence.
• Analyze deal scenarios and contract terms for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to gather responses.
• Prepare written responses for RFIs and RFPs, including executive summaries and financial proposals.
• Maintain a library of standard responses and templates for speed and consistency.
• Ensure proposal content meets formatting, content and delivery specs.
