The role drives strategy, content development, pricing coordination, and timely submissions, while fostering continuous improvement and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, marketing communications, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex RFP, RFQ, and strategic proposal processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal and RFP response process.
• Develop proposal strategies that align with customer objectives and Skyline's strengths.
• Manage proposal schedules, review cycles, approvals, and submissions.
