Job summary

Medline is seeking a dedicated RFP/Proposal specialist to facilitate the end-to-end response process. You will craft proposals, analyze client needs, and ensure alignment with requirements.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams is essential to gather accurate information and timely responses. You will prepare written responses for RFIs/RFPs, coordinate meetings, monitor timelines, and maintain a library of templates to streamline submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, marketing, business operations, product management or related area.
• Strong financial, accounting and problem-solving skills; ability to meet structured timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RFP response process from analysis to submission.
• Analyze and evaluate deal scenarios and contract terms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather responses for each RFP.
• Prepare written responses to RFIs and RFPs and create proposals and presentations.
• Maintain RFP tracking and ensure compliance with formatting and delivery requirements.
• Conduct post-submission follow-up to address questions and reinforce interest.
