Job summary

eMed, LLC is seeking a Senior RFP & Proposal Strategist in Miami, FL to lead complex RFPs, RFIs, and procurement responses. You will own the strategy, coordinate with Sales, Clinical, Finance, Legal, and Operations, and ensure a cohesive, differentiating response that aligns with eMed’s clinical and pharmacy strategy.

The ideal candidate has 6–15 years in employee benefits, brokerage, or healthcare procurement, with exceptional writing, analytical, and program-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience with self-funded employer health plans.
• Experience in employee benefits brokerage or benefits consulting.
• Experience completing or managing complex RFPs, RFIs, or formal procurements.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end responses to complex RFPs, RFIs, and other procurement processes.
• Translate requirements into workstreams, owners, and deadlines.
• Develop a cohesive response strategy that differentiates eMed’s offering.
• Coordinate input from Sales, Clinical, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Prepare executives for finalist meetings and craft financial talking points.
