Qualifications

• Significant experience completing complex RFPs, RFIs, or formal procurements.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end responses to complex RFPs, RFIs, consultant evaluations, and other formal procurement processes.
• Translate detailed RFP requirements into clear workstreams, responsibilities, deadlines, and internal deliverables.
• Determine where to provide standard vs. customized vs. alternative responses to differentiate our approach.
• Ensure every response tells a coherent story about eMed's clinical model, economics, and outcomes and maintains compliance with all submission requirements.
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams and manage internal timelines and quality control.
• Prepare eMed executives for finalist meetings and develop supporting materials.
