Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills in Pico Rivera, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Operations and Order Management specialist to oversee day-to-day order processing for Global FOC requests, ensuring end-to-end fulfillment across Marketing, Sales, and Education teams. You will coordinate with the Distribution Center, manage on-time delivery, and maintain accurate databases while handling about 3,000 orders per month.

The role requires Excel/Word proficiency, good communication, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Order Management or similar field.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner between DC, Sales and other functions to ensure consistent service.
• Manage on-time delivery dates and order efficiency for global orders.
• Process internal FOC orders including data entry, sales communication and order acknowledgements.
