• Familiar with Windows OS and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Handle Data Entry and Order Management tasks.
• Run and archive daily data reconciliation reports.
• Review reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate responses to inquiries on submitted information.
• Monitor system inputs such as customer data and ship windows.
• Provide tracking information for inbound/outbound documents.
