Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking an organized Order Management professional to oversee day-to-day operations, order entry and end-to-end processing for Global FOC requests. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and DC to ensure timely fulfillment of all free-of-charge orders.

Responsibilities include managing on-time delivery, processing internal FOC orders, and maintaining accurate data while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Order Management, EDI or similar field.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed.
• Familiarity with dept. programs and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Distribution Center and Sales to ensure consistent service.
• Manage on-time delivery dates and order efficiency globally.
• Process internal FOC orders and provide data entry, communications and tracking.
• Respond to inquiries on order status, stock, project status and shipping discrepancies.
• Establish order calendars and efficient processes with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and support high volumes of orders (approx. 3,000 per month).
• Maintain clean, organized databases and support management as needed.
