Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading customer-facing implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Experience scoping work and writing SOWs.
• Able to start conversations with new clients and gather data quickly.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong writing and clear communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client implementations portfolio.
• Build realistic project plans with data migration and cut-over timelines.
• Define scope at kickoff and secure client agreement.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impacts.
• Maintain current, clear project status for team handoffs.
• Lead client relationships from kickoff to handoff.
• Coordinate data migration with accounting and data specialists.
• Develop templates and estimates to improve consistency.
