Job summary
Comply is seeking a Manager, Onboarding to lead Enterprise Onboarding Managers and deliver a best-in-class implementation experience for our most complex clients. You will coach a team, set standards, and become a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring capacity, quality, timelines, and escalations are optimized.
You’ll own the onboarding portfolio for high-value accounts, partnering with Sales and Customer Success for seamless handoffs and continuous improvement of processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer onboarding or implementation in B2B SaaS.
- 2–3 years in people management or team lead roles.
- Experience drafting and managing Statements of Work.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream implementations.
- Trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Onboarding Managers.
- Own onboarding portfolio for high-value, complex accounts.
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Draft and review Statements of Work for complex engagements.
- Define scope, timelines, and success criteria for handoffs.
- Identify risks, lead escalations, and drive resolutions.
- Monitor onboarding KPIs and drive resource decisions.
- Improve onboarding processes, tools, and templates.
- Ensure high-quality transitions to Customer Success.
