Job summary

Rentvine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live and beyond. You will own plans, coordinate data migration, configuration, training, and financial cut-over, ensuring on-time delivery with clean data and strong client satisfaction.

You’ll scope work, write SOWs, and manage risks while partnering with Sales on complex deals. This role requires excellent communication, data fluency, and the ability to drive teams across functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or professional services projects — B2B SaaS ideally
• Real experience scoping work and writing SOWs with clear estimates
• Comfort walking into conversations cold and building trust quickly
• Experience carrying a full portfolio and meeting dates

Responsibilities

• Run a portfolio of client implementations end to end from kickoff through go-live and post-launch
• Build project plans that cover discovery, data migration, configuration, training, and cut-over
• Define scope at kickoff, manage changes, and write SOWs with clear expectations
• Collaborate with Sales on complex deals to scope them accurately before signing
• Keep the project on track, manage risks, and hand off with context to CS
