Job summary

Rently is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own client onboarding from contract to go-live. You’ll lead multi-workstream delivery across smart home, access control, and self-guided tour platforms, coordinating field techs, vendors, sales, and finance to hit timelines.

You will optimize the onboarding experience, train clients on the platform, and ensure a smooth go-live with a clean handoff 30 days post-launch. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an implementation, onboarding, or project management role at a SaaS or proptech company.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project delivery experience (scoping, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder comms).
• 1–2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZenDesk, or comparable CRM/tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning for new platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing skills.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority accounts and workstreams simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation plan for complex, high-priority accounts — defining scope, milestones, deliverables, and go-live dates.
• Build and maintain project schedules, track dependencies, and manage critical path across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to keep implementations on time and within scope.
• Identify, log, and mitigate project risks; elevate blockers to resolution.
• Manage scope changes through a clear change-order process tied to assumptions and site conditions.
• Report project status, health, and progress to clients and stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Onboard complex accounts from kickoff through a clean handoff to post-implementation teams.
• Configure and integrate new clients into Rently platforms, including partner integrations.
