Job summary

sunday is expanding its recruiting team in the United States, seeking an experienced recruiter who owns full-cycle hiring across GTM roles. You will partner with the People team and hiring managers to define requirements, source candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires.

The role emphasizes candidate experience and process excellence. You will work across EST/PST time zones, use proactive sourcing channels, and help scale our hiring as sunday grows in the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably for GTM roles in startups or high-growth companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring top talent beyond ads, with a network in Europe and/or the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, RevOps, SDR/BDR, Solutions/Sales Eng), collaborating with People team.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, events, universities to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Improve recruiting processes with best practices, tools, and metrics; focus on time-to-hire and funnel optimization.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection; align quickly and hire smarter.
• Enhance candidate experience with timely communication and personal touches.
• Document processes and mentor interviewers; assist onboarding of future recruiting team members.
