Job summary

Unframe is hiring a GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for US GTM roles, including sales hiring. You’ll build sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to shape requirements and interview processes.

As a hands-on recruiter in a fast-growing AI company, you’ll manage candidates from outreach to offers and represent our mission and culture to top talent across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting GTM roles with proven sales hiring success.
• Recruiting across the US with strong sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to manage hiring managers and build trust and collaboration.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to handle multiple roles.
• Hands-on recruiter who can jump in from day one.
