Job summary

sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. We’re hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions in the US, collaborating with the People team to move fast and bring the right people in.

You’ll source proactively, optimize processes, and raise the bar on the candidate experience. Requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong English, and a network in Europe or the US. Freelance or France-based options available, with Paris offices for some tracks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in ambiguity.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring great talent with a network in Europe and/or the United States.
• Excellent communication and people skills; ability to pitch vision and negotiate.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong plus for local hiring.
• Freelance option: valid freelance status and ability to invoice independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume and recruitment quality in the US market across EST and PST time zones.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, ops, tech, and other roles.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, universities, and more.
• Improve recruiting processes with metrics and best practices.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide interviews.
• Champion the candidate experience and ensure positive touchpoints.
• Document processes and mentor future interviewers as the team grows.
