Job summary

Ag Processing Inc in Omaha, NE seeks a Customer Account Coordinator to connect customers with Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Accounting, owning the order experience from entry to invoicing.

You'll coordinate with multiple teams, resolve issues, monitor orders, inventory, and shipments, maintain records, and provide support to Sales and commercial teams using MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Communicate order status, product availability, shipments, and delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to meet customer commitments.
• Identify and resolve order, pricing, billing, account, and delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory, production, and logistics information to anticipate potential problems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and business system information.
• Provide customer and account support to Sales and commercial teams.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to orders, shipments, inventory, and customer activity.
