Job summary

City of Lincoln seeks a Manufacturing Account Coordinator to bridge customers, distributors, and internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will own the end-to-end coordination of sales and purchase orders and act as the primary contact for inquiries about orders, fabrication status and delivery.

You will manage order processing in ERP, maintain data integrity, prepare documentation, and resolve discrepancies while coordinating returns and field issues with the Technical Resources

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/order management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sales and purchase orders for fabrication across internal tracking systems.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries regarding orders, fabrication status and delivery.
• Manage order processing and data entry across ERP/order management systems.
