Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer sales orders and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely shipments. This onsite role requires strong attention to detail and multitasking across ERP-based processes.

Responsibilities include processing POs, sending acknowledgments, maintaining order and inventory data, coordinating with warehouses and 3PLs, and handling credits, rebills, and returns while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in manufacturing.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of computer software applications.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP system including sales order processing, inventory management, purchasing, etc.
• Experience in transportation, shipping, logistics.

Responsibilities

• Enter all Customer Sales Orders from Customer POs.
• Send Order Acknowledgements to Customers.
• Maintain accuracy of Sales Order dates, quantities, prices and charges.
• Maintain accuracy of Finished Goods Inventory for Customer Owned Inventory.
• Provide customer documents in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external warehouse, transportation department and 3PLs to coordinate customer shipments.
• Notify appropriate internal and external parties of sales order changes or requests.
• Execute Credits and Rebills as required.
• Generate Miscellaneous Invoices as required.
• Act as point person to facilitate problem resolution for sales orders.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate and process customer returns when necessary.
