Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and order entry in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Proficient written and verbal communication via email and phone.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with timely follow-up.
• Research issues, coordinate with internal teams, and own requests to resolution.
• Comfort learning systems (WSM, EDI, Smartsheet, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and maintain relationships.
• Enter and review orders for accuracy, resolving discrepancies.
• Communicate order status, back orders, and delivery issues by phone and email.
• Coordinate with plant liaisons and internal departments for updates and expedited orders.
• Monitor open orders, prioritize workload, and ensure timely completion.
