In this role you will be the voice of the company for customers calling, emailing, or submitting web inquiries, ensuring orders are entered accurately and issues resolved from start to finish.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to move orders, handle credits, RMAs, and returns, and maintain calm professionalism in high‑stress interactions.

• Enter orders from calls, emails, web inquiries, and sales reps.
• Handle credits, rebills, RMAs, exchanges, and adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues from start to finish.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing on deliveries and inventory.
• Answer inbound calls and maintain composure under pressure.
• Partner cross-departmentally with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales.
