Employment Solutions Ohio is partnering with a growing Columbus distribution company to hire a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the voice of the company for customers calling, emailing, or submitting web inquiries, ensuring orders are entered accurately and issues resolved from start to finish.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to move orders, handle credits, RMAs, and returns, and maintain calm professionalism in high‑stress interactions.

Employment Solutions is partnering with a growing distribution company in the Columbus, OH area to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a full time role on a team where the customer experience actually matters and where the person answering the phone is central to how the business runs. At Employment Solutions, we take the time to know our candidates and our clients, and that is how we find the right fit for both.

You will be the voice of the company for customers calling, emailing, or submitting web inquiries, and the connective tissue between customers, sales reps, purchasing, and the warehouse. Your job is to make sure every order gets entered accurately, every issue gets resolved cleanly, and every customer walks away happy.

What you will do:

• Enter orders from customer calls, emails, web inquiries, and sales reps
• Handle credits and rebills, RMAs, product exchanges, and related adjustments
• Investigate and resolve customer issues from start to finish and confirm the customer is satisfied before closing them out
• Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams on urgent deliveries and inventory discrepancies
• Answer inbound calls and keep cool under pressure
• Partner cross-departmentally with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to keep orders moving
