The role emphasizes staying current with administration features and creating effective software training within the ICE platform. The Senior Trainer will design curricula, develop real-world scenarios, and record eLearning content while ensuring high participant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Encompass administration experience required.
• 3+ years preferred in related roles.
• Mortgage banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the US up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual training of ICE Mortgage Technology platform products (onsite delivery may be necessary).
• Validate participant comprehension and provide follow-up communication.
• Design and develop training curricula.
• Write scenario and exercise scripts for real-world demonstrations.
• Write scripts and record audio for videos and eLearning modules.
• Maintain current expertise in mortgage industry and ICE products.
• Drive adoption of ICE Mortgage Technology through effective training programs.
• Identify process improvements and work with leadership to implement solutions.
• Mentor team members on delivery best practices.
• Develop and drive special projects based on best practices.
