Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Elevated Engineer to act as a client-facing technical advisor for ICE Mortgage Technology.

You will stabilize and optimize Encompass-based solutions for enterprise lending clients, delivering strategic guidance and hands-on execution across the loan lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading complex issue resolution, driving product adoption, and coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting enterprise SaaS or mortgage clients.
5+ years hands-on Encompass experience.
Experience as Encompass Administrator/Consultant/Customer Support or equivalent.
Deep understanding of the loan lifecycle from origination through purchase and delivery.
Ability to translate complex concepts for executive stakeholders.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

Lead resolution of complex production issues, including root cause analysis and knowledge transfer.
Serve as primary escalation point for high-impact client issues.
Advise on adoption of new products, solutions, and transformations.
Guide clients through platform optimization, integrations, and roadmaps.
Ensure clients are informed of new features and implementation steps.
Build partnerships with client stakeholders and ICE teams.
