Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead client-driven deployments of ICE Mortgage Technology’s Data & Document Automation (DDA) Analyzer within the Encompass platform.

You will own discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-launch support for multiple lender implementations. The role blends mortgage industry know-how with project leadership and technical configuration.

Qualifications

Experience as a client-facing implementation consultant or similar role.
Direct experience with ICE Mortgage Technology or DDA Analyzer is a plus.
Familiarity with Encompass configurations and mortgage workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple client implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
Gather requirements and translate mortgage workflows into DDA/Encompass configurations.
Configure Income, Credit, Asset, and/or Audit Analyzers based on client underwriting guidelines and operational requirements.
Lead UAT, client training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data Services.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, status reporting, documentation, and escalations.
