• Designed and ran global enablement programs end-to-end, including onboarding across regions and time zones.
• Provided strong program leadership with clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Built scalable enablement systems with governance and intake processes that sellers actually use.
• Applied AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution.
• Led and developed a small team with high ownership and cadence.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch Field OS as the seller-ramp unlock with priority workflows and AI-enabled moments.
• Prototype core agents to accelerate ramp and apply support at each sales stage.
• Refresh onboarding with continuous iteration, A/B testing, metrics, and alignment.
• Stand up a dedicated manager onboarding track to accelerate manager readiness.
• Make onboarding and role readiness a repeatable system with durable workflows.
