Job summary

HighLevel, a global remote-first AI-powered business OS, seeks an enablement leader to map the Implementation and CSM journeys, design an SOP library, and build scalable training frameworks. You will facilitate live sessions, develop a certification program, and lead a small team of trainers and QA analysts to drive repeatable performance and rapid onboarding across geographies.

You will collaborate with product, ops and frontline managers to ensure knowledge is current, actionable, and aligned

Qualifications

• Map the end-to-end Implementation and CSM journey and document the standard way each is run.
• Build and own the SOP library for both functions, designing from scratch where process today is tribal knowledge.
• Design a training framework with clear competency maps, levels, and learning paths.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end Implementation and CSM journey — touchpoints, handoffs, escalation and risk paths.
• Build and maintain a certification model with objective pass criteria and recertification cycles.
• Lead a small enablement team of trainers and QA analysts; mentor frontline managers.
