Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high-fidelity medical training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and to operate MSTC simulation systems while maintaining certifications.

The role includes classroom, laboratory, and field instruction, scenario development, equipment maintenance, and performance reporting in line with contract standards; candidates should hold current EMT and military medical credentials and be able to train mixed military populations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience maintaining electronic training records and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers.
• Instruct CLS and 68W training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure training scenarios.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Support field and classroom training environments.
