Job summary

All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. This role delivers high-fidelity medical training, operates simulation systems, maintains certifications, and supports training execution aligned with contractual performance standards in Fort Wainwright, AK.

The candidate must hold current medical certifications, be able to work across classroom,

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following: current licensed RN, PA, or physician (MD/DO) or former 68W/18D/Navy medical classifications.
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Experience with high-fidelity medical simulation and TC3 instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I to CP/Tier IV and CLS initial/sustainment training.
• Instruct in classroom, laboratory, and field training environments with proper instructor-to-student ratios.
• Operate MSTC systems, configure realistic training scenarios, and apply moulage techniques.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Participate in quality control and enterprise training standardization initiatives.
• Ensure all training content is approved by medical proponent and adheres to standards.
