Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history, physical exam, and SPE review.
• Evaluate donor reactions per SOPs and coordinate emergency care when needed.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for any abnormal findings or guidance.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and involve occupational health/ER when required.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and assist investigations.
