BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Medical Support Specialist to help run plasma center operations in McDonough, GA. You will determine donor eligibility, review lab results, and manage donor adverse events, notifying donors of unsuitable tests under supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician.

You will assist with vaccination programs and incident management, and support EHS guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: EMT-B, EMT-A, EMT-I, EMT-P, LPN/LVN, RN.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for unclear medical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance.
