Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking an EMT-Basic to support donor safety and the plasma donation process. You will determine donor eligibility, review tests, and respond to medical issues under supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician.

The role requires EMT licensure in-state, CPR/AED certification, and a track record in clinical settings. Competitive pay with comprehensive benefits and tuition support available.

Qualifications

• Must hold EMT-B license and current CPR/AED certification.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• FDA training completion for BioLife Medical Support Specialist is required.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and physical examination.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for unclear or urgent medical issues.
