Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking an EMS System Manager to direct operational and administrative aspects of the SWIL EMS System, overseeing 3,300 providers across four counties. You will develop policies, oversee compliance with protocols, and manage education and field experiences for physicians, nurses, and providers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of supervisory experience, and licensure as RN or Paramedic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in EMS/operational leadership preferred.
• Supervisory experience 2–5 years required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees licensing and provides CEUs for EMS personnel and agencies.
• Reviews EMS reports, analyzes trends, and implements corrective actions.
• Performs inspections of EMS transport vehicles for policy compliance.
• Coordinates annual training for residents and ECRNs.
• Manages onboarding, staffing, and performance for EMS staff.
• Develops and adheres to departmental staffing and budget goals.
