Memorial Hospital Belleville is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative EMS System Administration Coordinator to support the operational and administrative functions of our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) System. This is a highly administrative position that requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The EMS System Administration Coordinator will spend a significant portion of their time utilizing Microsoft Office applications and other electronic systems to support EMS operation.

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the EMS System Manager in overseeing the operational and administrative aspects of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) System. This role serves as the primary point of contact for EMS providers, agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring efficient coordination of licensing, credentialing, training, and compliance activities across the service area.
