Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville is seeking an organized, detail-oriented EMS System Administration Coordinator to support the operational and administrative functions of our EMS System. This role relies heavily on Microsoft Office and other electronic systems to support EMS licensure, credentialing, and training activities.

The position serves as the primary contact for EMS providers, agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, distribution of minutes, and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant administrative or EMS support experience.
• EMR certification is required.
• Associate or Trade School Equivalency preferred.
• EMT licensure may be preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Procure, store, inventory, and distribute pre-hospital supplies.
• Review patient care reports and prepare redacted reports for peer review meetings.
• Coordinate EMS provider training and certification documentation using electronic systems.
• Serve as primary contact for EMS agencies, providers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and distribute meeting minutes, policy updates, and reports.
