Qualifications

RN with EMS experience (3–5 years) or EMT-P with 5–7 years EMS experience.
Master’s Degree preferred.
3–4 years clinical experience in EMS or related field.
Experience at Level I/II Trauma Center/IDPH Resource Hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development and implementation of educational needs for the EMS System.
Oversee quality assurance programs and data reporting to the state.
Lead community outreach and public relations events related to EMS.
Coordinate certification programs with regulatory bodies.
Provide budget input and maintain department budget.
Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate changes to leadership.
