Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Business Development Manager for our EMS team in Cincinnati. You will identify new opportunities, network with customers, and market our specialized staffing services to drive sales and profits.

You will travel throughout your territory to meet prospects, present proposals, negotiate terms, close contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to finalize details. The ideal candidate has at least five years of sales experience, excellent communication/negotiation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable traveling within territory and presenting proposals.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and profits by using professional selling skills.
• Maintain current lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Travel throughout territory to solicit business and assess customer needs for staffing options.
• Collaborate with other departments to finalize proposal details and present to customers.
• Negotiate fees, close sales orders, and obtain signed contracts.
