Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Emergency Care Sales Representative in Texas to promote and sell Fire/Emergency Medical Services solutions, including AEDs, defibrillators, transport systems, and chest compression devices.

You will build strong relationships with pre-hospital providers, meet assigned quotas through consultative sales, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota with consultative Pre-Hospital sales approaches.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators through product knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure on-time, accurate shipments.
