Job summary

Stryker in Frisco, TX seeks an Emergency Care Sales Representative to promote Fire EMS solutions, including AEDs and transport equipment, to pre-hospital providers. You will build relationships, negotiate pricing, and drive orders while exceeding quotas.

You will engage fire chiefs and medical directors, collaborate with marketing and support teams, and apply a consultative approach to product demonstrations and programs. A 5+ year background in sales or clinical settings is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in sales or clinical settings.
• Experience selling Emergency Care products to fire/EMS audiences.
• Consultative approach to pre-hospital sales, marketing, clinical demonstrations and programs.
• Become the Emergency Care expert for fire chiefs, medical directors and administrators.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and on-time, error-free shipments.
• Experience with reports, budgets, customer service, and project management.
• Knowledge of market research, new product introduction, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve quota through consultative pre-hospital sales and demonstrations.
• Be the resident Emergency Care expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide responsive service.
• Ensure accurate, on-time shipments and cost-conscious practices.
• Demonstrate experience with reports, budgets, and project management.
